Casey was still pushing it all the time, she was grounded yet again for breaking curfew and getting a ride home in a police car. Rocky at work she is trying to get out of it but there is no way I am letting her off.
Cody and Kai are both definately gay and keep bringing their boyfriends home which is stressing Rocky out a little. It does not bother him that they are actually gay he just can not work out why so many of his children are, five out of eight and we still don't know which way Cain will go yet.
Cory who has a girlfriend on the other hand really doesn't like or understand what his two older brothers and twin sister are up to being in same sex relationships. So yet again Cory is pretty solitary and alone, not being close or even friends with any of his siblings except for Cain.
Rocky caught them kissing in the hallway and Kai's boyfriend did a runner, he obviously must have thought that they were going to get into trouble.
Kai also must have thought the same thing because he attacked Rocky out of the blue, he started an argument with Rocky when there was really no need because he wasn't in trouble with Rocky at all.
After a quite heated conversation they sorted things out between them. Rocky let Kai cool down for a bit then tracked him down to fix it all with a hug like he always does.
Then there is Jasmine and her antics with Caramel - what a mess!!!
I spotted Benji stood on the driveway, he looked furious, this was not going to be good!!
He was in pieces, Caramel had broken up with Benji because of Jasmine.
"I am sorry son, I did try talking to Jasmine but she warned me it had gone too far."
"Where is she I am going to kill her!!"
"She's out, I don't know where."
"I bet she is - with him no doubt!!"
"If I had known what was going on sooner I might have been able to stop it."
"She's just like her mother!!!"
"You keep Lacey out of this, Benji that really was not fair, this has nothing to do with Lacey you know that!!!"
"Why she is a marriage wrecker - like mother like daughter!!!"
"You are making me angry Benji, and I bet your mother has had plenty to say about this, I am surprised she hasn't been on the phone giving me earache!!!"
"Mom is DEAD."
"What? When?"
"About a month now, didn't you know?"
"No!!"
"So why did neither of you tell me?"
"If you had took as much interest in me and Angel as you do your new family, you would have known about Mom dying, would you!!!."
"That isn't fair Benji, neither of you are remotely interested in me or your other brothers and sisters, any time I try I just feel like you are not interested, you both took your mother's side even after both of you watched that woman make my life and yours hell for years - our marriage break up was the best thing that happened to me and I am not going to apologise for having a better life, you two chose not to be a part of it!!!" 
Jasmine returned home, the smile on her face when she walked through the door was soon wiped away when she saw Benji stood there talking to Rocky.
"What are you doing here Benji?"
"What do you think."
"I notice you were quick to run telling tales to Dad when you said you wouldn't."
"Well you didn't keep away from Caramel after you promised you would."
"I didn't promise, I actually said I was listening - I did listen to your threats, but we love each other do you seriously think that your pathetic threats were going to stop us!!??"
Then the fighting and arguing started.
All Rocky could do is stand and watch as his two kids tore strips off each other. He couldn't take sides without causing more trouble, but I reckon Jasmine is in for it after Benji has left.
More words and more punch ups
Benji walked out, I was beginning to think it was never going to end!!!
But then Rocky and Jasmine started
I have never seen Rocky so angry and especially not when it is directed to one of his kids!!!
That night Jasmine left the house. Whatever she was going to do with Caramel she wouldn't be doing it under our roof - Rocky didn't want to be seen to be taking Jasmines side in this love triangle - they were all young adults and old enough to get themselves into this mess, they were old enough to sort it out for themselves.
Just when we thought it was all over Caramel appeared on the front garden just like Benji had the day before.
"If you are after Jasmine she doesn't live here anymore."
"Yes I know where Jasmine is, she is with me Rocky, it's you I came to see." 
"Come on then spit it out don't just stand there looking like an idiot!!"
"I don't want you to just blame Jasmine for this mess!!"
"I don't its the both of you, I really can not believe what you have both done to Benji!!"
"I know I'm sorry I have no excuses I fell in love with Jasmine and couldn't stop it I thought you of all people might understand."
"I wanted to ask you about Jasmine"
"What about her?"
"I wanted to ask your permission to marry her."
"Your having a laugh!!"
"No I am being deadly serious."
I was pretty surprised after everything that had gone on that Caramel would come and ask Rocky for his permission to marry Jasmine, I found it a pretty strange thing for him to do. What else could Rocky say but yes, they were old enough to do what they wanted without his permission.
Life settled down after Jasmine left and it went back to normal, if you could ever call our lives normal.
Rocky was promoted to Pop Icon at work, he was far from wanting to retire, he wanted to reach the top of his career ladder and become a Rock Star even if it was a little too late in life.
He also took a liking for repairing things, and he was always making me nervous repairing electrical things and even the dishwasher that killed my step-mother - I really wished he wouldn't do that!!!
All four teenagers had an active social life but mainly with thier romantic interests. While Cody, Kai and Cassey did most of thier socialising at home with thier same sex partners, Cody did most of his out of the house, he tended to go to his girlfriends house rather than bring her home.
Cody and Jaamal I think things were getting serious between those two they were very rarely apart. Jamal came back after school every night with Cody without fail.
Mango and Kai I think were not so serious, Mango is a strange boy and is very shy, and has the Coward trait, he was always looking around nervously like he was expecting something to jump out at him, and I know he hated the ghosts that wander around here late at night, he quite often passes out when he sees one.
Even Cassey started to settle down a little. Bringing her girlfriend, Pepper Plum, home with her after school kept her in and meant she was not out breaking curfew.
I rarely saw Sugar, Cory's girlfriend as he did not bring her home too often, but I do know that they have quite a few traits in common including the neurotic trait.
We were now back to having five teenagers in the house
Cain had his birthday
with the traits Neat, Excitable, Athletic and Friendly.
Only time would tell how he was going to turn out.

I was strangely curious as to what would happen with this little triangle if I turfed Jasmine out I hate using the Kick out option I feel like I am being cruel. The game has stopped hijacking empty houses i found this out when two families decided to merge through story progression and a few of the odd single sims like my sim self have died of old age and their houses have stayed empty. I was pleasantly surprised with what story progression did with her :) How cute was it when Caramel turned up and did that "ask for daughters hand in marriage" thing :) It is only the second time i have seen it done and think it is a very strange interaction for sims to come and do out of the blue on free will :)
There is so much stuff going on in your family! Always makes for great chapters :)
ReplyDeleteI hadn't seen any sim do that on free will 'ask for hand in marriage' but it is a cute interaction. Your kids are so involved with their lovelife.
